Now a rising trend in the U.S., our sushi rolls are a fusion of Western flavors and Japanese tradition—easy to enjoy and designed in a “FAST & FRESH” fast-food style.
What sets UMAMI apart from other sushi burrito spots is our use of “Akashari”—also known as red sushi rice—commonly found in high-end omakase restaurants. This special rice has a softer texture than regular sushi rice and carries a subtle aroma from red vinegar-aged wood barrels, enhancing the flavors of the fresh ingredients wrapped inside.
Each roll is served as a full meal, accompanied by snacks and a drink—perfectly tailored for the Asian palate in a fun and modern fast-food format.
